2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements placed via ascanbe.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Any deviating conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing by Ascanbe Watches.

3. Products & Prices

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW), unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product in colour, finish, or detail.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

A purchase agreement is concluded once Ascanbe Watches has confirmed your order by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any amount already paid will be refunded.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 2–5 business days and is shipped via PostNL. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. Stated delivery times are indicative; delays do not entitle you to cancel the order unless the delivery exceeds 30 days, in which case you may cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the product must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. 8. Returns & Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except where the product is defective or was delivered in error.

9. Warranty & Defects

All products carry the statutory legal conformity guarantee (wettelijke garantie) under Dutch law, meaning the product must conform to the agreement and function as you may reasonably expect. Where applicable, a separate manufacturer's warranty may also apply in addition to your legal rights.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Ascanbe Watches is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or immaterial damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on ascanbe.com — including text, logos, designs, and product images — is the property of Ascanbe Watches and is protected by intellectual property rights. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent district court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You may also submit your dispute to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
