Right of Withdrawal
Herroepingsrecht — Your right to return within 14 days
1. Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is granted under Dutch law (BW Art. 6:230o) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You may cancel your order and return your Ascanbe watch within this cooling-off period at your own discretion.
2. Withdrawal Period
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the product. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.
3. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days through a clear statement. You can reach us by email at returns@ascanbe.com, by phone at +31 (0)XX XXX XXXX, or by completing the model withdrawal form below. After notifying us, you must return the product within a further 14 days.

5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and certificates included. Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you remain responsible for the product until it reaches us.
7. Refund
We will refund the full purchase price plus the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or from the date you provide proof that the goods have been shipped, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to watches that have been custom-engraved or personalized to your specifications. As these items are made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded.
